The beer shop "La Cave à Bulles" is situated just near the Centre Pompidou.
Simon Thillon, one of the greatest French beer experts, sells about 150 selected French beers. All beers come from traditionally working breweries.
The colour of the beer has nothing to do with it's taste. The colour depends on the malt used, the hops provide the typical bitterness or aroma.
